Now tag your home accoustic, light it up & touch to change!

The handmade Object is composed of two printed circuit boards with copper sheathing.
On the back plate there is the electronic with loudspeaker, integrated sound
recorder, relocatable LED-lights & infrared sensor on it.

The integrated SOUNDMODUL makes it possible to record MP3 soundfiles & activate the MP3 as a repetitive loop through a motiondetector. The BASE MATERIAL of the object, the CIRCUIT BOARD, is to be found in every electronic appliance. The circuit board, which normaly used to connect electronic components, is in a NEW USAGE AS A MEDIUM FOR ILLUSTRATIONS. The ILLUSTRATIONS visualize rhythm. And rhythm must not stop. The energy flux! Day by day the Illustrations undergo a change to turn black or green patina. Because copper oxidized in air & if someone touching the copper by hand he will leave a tag that influences the metamorphosis! On the basis of copper conductivity electric current could run through the circuit board- illustration. An experimental approach to technology & electronic music resulted in this novel circuit board object paying HOMAGE TO THE HARDWARE ELECTRONICS usually hidden underneath the surface design.
